Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Rehab Specialist to join our team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care. This role supports acute rehabilitation patients in a modern 30-bed unit and works closely with a multidisciplinary medical and therapy team to achieve optimal recovery outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Provide clinical care to acute rehabilitation patients, including those with stroke, orthopedic injuries, amputations, neurological disorders, and general debility
Collaborate with a highly trained therapy and nursing team to coordinate treatment plans
Participate in inpatient and outpatient care delivery
Offer hospital consults when desired
Work within a multispecialty group practice environment
Support continuity of care with hospitalists and physiatrists
Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Primary Skills:
Clinical rehabilitation and patient assessment
Multidisciplinary collaboration
Care coordination and documentation
Patient and family education
Evidence-based practice

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
Acute rehab or inpatient experience
EMR/EHR proficiency
Interdisciplinary team leadership
Quality improvement participation

Qualifications:
One of the following licenses must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date:
Registered Nurse (RN), or
Occupational Therapist (OT), or
Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT), or
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or Doctorate Degree in a related field
