Clinical Research Coordinator in Pediatric Allergy This clinical research coordinator position is in the Division of Allergy and Immunology, Department of Pediatrics, at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. The research coordinator will be working in conjunction with a team of other research coordinators, nurses, and physicians in Pediatric Allergy on a diverse array of research studies including clinical trials. The job is fully in‑person. This is an ideal position for someone able to commit a minimum of 2 years with plans to attend medical/graduate school as letters of reference can be provided. Individuals looking to establish a career in clinical research are also encouraged to apply. We are actively looking to find the right fit for this role. A candidate with sufficient experience in clinical research may be considered for clinical research coordinator‑II. Duties Recruitment of study participants Scheduling study visits and sample collection for the parent and child Monitoring at‑home survey and sample collections Assisting with on‑site study sample collections Maintaining multiple tracking tools for the study Performs other related duties Provide logistical support for monitoring visits including scheduling and document preparation as needed. Participate in regular research meetings, staff meetings, etc. Requirements Bachelor's degree in sciences or related field. Prior clinical research experience is preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks & priorities Knowledge of variety of concepts, practices and procedures in directly related field Apply Interested candidates should include their full curriculum vitae, a cover letter briefly stating their career goals, and research experience.
