Let your social media creativity flow while leveraging your AAC and clinical expertise to help change lives, one voice at a time. PRCSaltillo is seeking a Clinical Social Media Specialist who understands both the science behind AAC and the art of storytelling across digital platforms.

In this unique role, youll translate complex AAC concepts into engaging, accessible content that educates, inspires, and builds community. If you have a clinical background and a passion for social media strategy, data, and creativity, this role lets you do meaningful work with measurable impact.

What Youll Do

  • Lead endtoend social media strategy and execution across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar using social media management tools
  • Create platformspecific content such as shortform videos, reels, carousels, stories, and live content
  • Translate AAC research, products, and clinical concepts into accessible, relatable, and shareable content
  • Implement audiencegrowth strategies, including hashtag research, trend participation, and influencer partnerships within AAC and SLP communities


Required Skills & Abilities

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and engagement best practices
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns and audience targeting strategies
  • Strong ability to analyze social media data and translate insights into action
  • Proficiency with video editing and graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of SEO, AEO, and digital marketing best practices
  • Bilingual (especially Spanish) is a plus

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology, Education, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in AAC or Assistive Technology
  • 3+ years of professional experience executing modern social media strategies and using social media tools
  • 3+ years managing corporate social media accounts and/or digital content creation
