Duties: Conduct therapy sessions with clients using evidence-based techniques and interventions Collaborate with clients to develop treatment plans and goals Implement behavioral interventions to address specific behavioral challenges Utilize clinical research to inform treatment approaches and strategies Provide counseling and support for individuals with gender issues or chronic pain Incorporate art therapy, dance therapy, or other creative modalities as appropriate Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment progress and make adjustments as needed Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychiatrists or special education teachers, to provide comprehensive care Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field Certification or licensure in behavioral therapy or a related discipline (e.g., BCBA, LPC) Knowledge of psychopharmacology and its impact on behavior Familiarity with coding systems for insurance billing purposes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds and experiences Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
