Clinical Therapist - Ages 10 - Adult
Reports to: Team Coordinator
Location: Clarksville, TN
Positon Type: Hybrid - three days per week in office, two days per week remote.

The primary function of this position is to provide individual, family, and group counseling for clients ages 10 through adult and their families.
Primary Responsibilities

Provide individual/family/group counseling services utilizing evidence-based practices to maintain 25 hours of client contact a week with some evening availability.

Commitment to learning and utilizing a variety of evidence-based practices including but not limited to TF-CBT, CPP, CPC-CBT, and/or DBT.

Partner with outside agencies for client service delivery, as needed (DCS and other providers).

Provide education regarding behavioral health needs to staff and families as needed.

Appropriately assess and diagnose identified client, per insurance requirements.

Develop appropriate treatment plans for identified client(s).

Maintain timely session and billing documentation.

Participate actively in a growing, relationship focused practice, with a high volume of referrals.
Minimum Requirements:

Master's in Counseling, Social Work, or related discipline.

Must be committed to seeking independent licensure in your discipline within a reasonable timeline.

LPC-MHSP, LCSW, or related licensure is preferred.

Experience working with diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Proficiency in Microsoft OFFICE, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Experience working in a medical and/or clinical setting is preferred.
