We are seeking an experienced Clinician (CPO / LPO) to join our dedicated patient care team in Cambridge Springs, PA. In this full-time role, you will deliver personalized prosthetic and orthotic services, collaborating with both clinical and technical staff to enhance patient mobility and overall quality of life. Candidates must hold a valid Pennsylvania license and relevant certifications, and possess experience providing high-quality, patient-centered care in prosthetics and orthotics.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized prosthetic and orthotic treatment plans in Cambridge Springs
- Design, fit, and modify prosthetic and orthotic devices to optimize comfort, function, and patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other clinical team members to coordinate seamless patient care
- Educate patients on device usage, care, and maintenance for long-term success
- Monitor patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation and records
Requirements
- Licensed Prosthetist / Orthotist in Pennsylvania
- ABC or BOC certification required
- Hands-on experience in clinical prosthetics and orthotics strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and clinical decision-making skills
