What You'll Do

• Build automated data pipelines using Microsoft Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure

Data Explorer (ADX) to support process improvement and operational metrics

• Develop ETL processes ensuring optimal data flow, transformation, and storage across

enterprise systems

• Create Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights on

compliance rates, efficiency, and key performance metrics

• Optimize data retrieval and processing through performance tuning for downstream

analytics and machine learning

• Perform ad hoc analysis gathering requirements, making recommendations, and

executing follow-through activities

• Build automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate to reduce manual

processes

What You'll Bring

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or

related field

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Data Explorer

(ADX)

• Proficiency in ETL processes and KQL (Kusto Query Language)

• Experience writing and executing SQL queries in relational databases

• Ability to work independently, analyze complex issues, and recommend solutions

Nice to Have:

• Databricks experience (PySpark, SQL) for large-scale data processing

• SQL Server administration experience

• Machine learning model deployment and feature engineering backgroundTechnical Stack

Automate • Databricks (preferred)

Work Environment

• Hybrid schedule with a mix of on-site (Allen Road Center, Detroit) and remote work
