Responsibilities Platform & Operations • Act as the main entry point for French development teams regarding the Azure platform • Provide front-line operational support: o Troubleshooting incidents o Root cause analysis o Resolution and continuous improvement • Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of existing cloud resources • Monitor platform health, usage, and performance Cloud & Infrastructure • Design, challenge, and improve cloud infrastructure solutions • Manage resource allocation, provisioning, and lifecycle in Azure • Contribute to infrastructure standardization and best practices • Participate in cost optimization (FinOps) and security best practices (DevSecOps) Automation & Tooling • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform • Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred) • Support containerized workloads and platform tooling Collaboration • Work closely with: o Development teams o Internal platform teams o Microsoft Azure support teams (English communication required) Technical Environment • Cloud: Microsoft Azure • Containers: Kubernetes (multiple clusters) • Applications: .NET microservices and Angular apps • Databases: SQL Server, MongoDB • Observability: Elastic Stack, Grafana / Prometheus (in progress) • CI/CD: GitLab, Sonar, Docker, Artifactory… • IaC: Terraform Required Skills & Experience Mandatory • Strong experience with Azure resource management • Strong Kubernetes administration and operations skills • Solid DevOps culture, with exposure to DevSecOps and FinOps practices • Experience managing and operating the Elastic Stack • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab is a strong plus) • Strong Terraform skills • Ability to work in French and English with international support teams Soft Skills • Strong communication skills • Ability to act as a technical reference • Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented • Comfortable working in a production-critical environment
