Role Overview:

As a Cloud Engineer Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring skilled cloud engineers who will contribute to our cloud infrastructure and services. You will work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand their needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, identify, and engage potential cloud engineering candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial candidate screenings, technical assessments, and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create detailed job descriptions, and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified cloud engineers to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to attract and retain top talent.
  • Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on cloud engineering or IT roles.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and related skill sets (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in cloud technologies.
