Cloud Admin | Hybrid | Up to $145,000 based on experience | Ridgefield NJA growing technology organisation is seeking a Senior Engineer to manage and optimise cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments. This role spans both project delivery and operational support, with a strong focus on Linux-based systems alongside Windows, and ownership of cloud platforms and automation initiatives.ResponsibilitiesManage and optimise cloud infrastructure across multi-platform environmentsAdminister and support both Linux and Windows systemsPerform system maintenance, patching, and upgradesSupport and manage application deployments via CI/CD pipelinesWork with containerised environments and orchestration toolsImplement and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutionsContribute to automation and continuous improvement initiativesParticipate in on-call rotation and support escalationsCollaborate with internal engineering and development teamsRequirementsStrong experience with public cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)Advanced Linux administration skills with some Windows exposureExperience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes or similar)Proficiency in scripting/automation (e.g. Bash, Python, PowerShell)Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform or equivalent)Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesExperience with configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible or similar)Additional InformationHybrid working model (onsite presence required)Competitive compensation based on experienceOpportunity to take on increased ownership/leadership over timeInterested?
