Position :Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Exp:15 years 

Location: Remote On w2

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in Kubernetes deployments and cloud technologies, particularly AWS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OpenShift and a strong understanding of networking in cloud environments. Familiarity with various tools and technologies, including MinIO, Redis, PostgreSQL, Keycloak, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, and Apache Airflow, is a plus. The role also requires basic knowledge of GitLab and GitHub for version control and collaboration. You will be responsible for managing and deploying applications in cloud environments, with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and security.



Key Responsibilities:

Kubernetes and OpenShift Deployments:

- Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters.

- Utilize OpenShift for container orchestration and management.

- Implement best practices for scaling and securing Kubernetes environments.

Cloud Deployment and Management:

- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.

- Optimize cloud resources for performance and cost-effectiveness.

- Monitor and maintain cloud systems to ensure high availability and reliability.



Qualifications:

- Proven experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift deployments.

- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and infrastructure management.

- Proficiency in cloud networking, including VPCs, load balancers, and security groups.

- Familiarity with storage, caching, and database technologies such as MinIO, Redis, and PostgreSQL.

- Experience with identity and access management using tools like Keycloak.

- Understanding of messaging and data pipeline technologies such as RabbitMQ and Apache Airflow.

- Basic experience with GitLab and GitHub for source code management.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.



Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or related technologies.

- Experience with other cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or Azure.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
