We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Lead Specialist Engineer with deep expertise in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, infrastructure automation, security, networking, and large-scale cloud migration. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of secure, scalable cloud infrastructure solutions.

Manage cloud architecture best practices, standards, and governance across the organization.

Oversee infrastructure automation using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

Drive cloud migration initiatives including planning, execution, and post-migration optimization.

Implement cloud networking, VPC/VNet configuration, VPN, load balancing, firewalls, and routing.

Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Collaborate with security teams to implement cloud-based identity, access management, and compliance controls.

Lead incident response, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem resolution.

Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership and guidance.

Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and environment standards.

12+ years of IT infrastructure experience and minimum 6+ years in cloud engineering or architecture.

Hands-on expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD pipelines.

Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, container orchestration, and microservices deployment.

Solid background in networking: DNS, VPN, Load Balancing, Routing, Subnetting, Security Groups, Firewalls.

Experience with OS administration (Linux/Unix and Windows).

Experience with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog, or Splunk.

Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

Proven leadership in enterprise-scale environments.

Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or GCP Professional Cloud Architect.

Experience with hybrid cloud or multi-cloud environments.

Familiarity with DevOps, GitOps, and Zero Trust Security frameworks.

Exposure to service mesh, API gateways, and serverless architectures.

Experience in working within Agile or SAFe environments.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
