Looking for a Staff Full Stack Cloud-Native Application Developer to define and drive the architecture, design, and delivery of cloud-native, full stack applications supporting connected and IoT-enabled healthcare systems. TOP SKILLS: (MUST HAVES) Expertise owning end-to-end architecture for full stack cloud-native applications using C#, .NET, and Microsoft Azure. Experience designing and developing backend services, APIs, and data models using ASP.NET Core and cloud-native patterns. Experience integrating cloud applications with IoT systems and connected devices. Experience working in a regulated industry such as healthcare or medical devices. Hands-on experience with Azure IoT Hub, Digital Twins, or similar IoT platforms. Required Experience and Qualifications 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience. 7+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core. Demonstrated expertise designing and delivering large-scale full stack applications. Deep experience building and operating cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure. Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures. Experience integrating cloud applications with IoT systems and connected devices. Proven ability to influence technical direction across multiple teams and projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Experience Experience working in a regulated industry such as healthcare or medical devices. Hands-on experience with Azure IoT Hub, Digital Twins, or similar IoT platforms. Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes / AKS. Knowledge of cloud security, identity, and access management (e.g., Azure AD).
