This role is for a Cloud Posture Management Engineer with a contract length of over 6 months, offering a pay rate of "unknown." It requires remote work from Carmel, Indiana, and key skills include AWS, Azure, Ansible, Terraform, and Git. Responsibilities Develop and manage cloud-based systems using AWS and Azure platforms to support business operations. Implement automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform to streamline deployment processes and increase efficiency. Monitor and optimize cloud environments, including Auto Scaling and Amazon EC2, to ensure consistent performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design secure and scalable cloud solutions. Maintain and update Git repositories to support version control and collaborative development. Configure and manage Azure Active Directory and Azure SQL databases to ensure data security and accessibility. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within cloud infrastructure to minimize downtime. Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance the overall functionality of cloud systems. Provide documentation and training to team members on cloud processes and best practices. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience working with cloud technologies. Proficiency in AWS services, including Auto Scaling and Amazon EC2. Knowledge of Azure platforms, including Azure SQL Database and Azure Active Directory. Hands‑on experience with automation tools like Ansible and Terraform. Familiarity with Git for version control and collaborative development. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues. Understanding of cloud security best practices and scalability principles. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
