Cloud Software Quality Engineer

Cloud Software Quality Engineer – Denver, CO We’re looking for a Cloud Software Quality Engineer to join our Fusion Analysis & Decision Effort (FADE) team. The role involves testing complex, evolving systems on AWS and edge devices, collaborating with engineers and end users to ensure high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities Deploy FADE software to multiple environments for testing. Perform manual testing to identify bugs and issues. Create and maintain automated tests for new and existing capabilities. Run automated tests before each software delivery to production. Collaborate with team members and end users to gather requirements. Investigate and resolve operational issues reported by users. Contribute ideas and participate in agile software engineering activities. Maintain and update test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Provide feedback on software design and implementation to improve quality. Assist in the development and maintenance of test environments. Document testing processes and results. Qualifications Required: Current Top Secret SCI clearance; polygraph preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years experience as a Software Tester or similar role. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (manual and automated). Familiarity with deployment environments and processes. Excellent critical thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Desired: Experience with JIRA, GitLab, Kubernetes, Docker, Swagger, and test frameworks. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java. Experience with Agile methodologies. Familiarity with FADE software applications. Proficiency in using testing tools and frameworks. Pay Range $90,300 – $189,600 USD CACI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
