We’re looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) specialising in SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 Productivity to join our team in Belgium.In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to customers—helping them design, modernize, and optimize their digital workplace across both legacy and cloud-first environments. This role will require occasional onsite Travel to customers in Belgium. What You’ll DoCustomer Enablement & Delivery Support • Guide customers in designing and deploying solutions across SharePoint Server, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 • Support both on-premises and modern workplace scenariosSharePoint Architecture Leadership • Lead architecture sessions covering SharePoint On-Prem, hybrid setups, farm topology, and migrations • Drive modernization strategies and best practicesMicrosoft Teams & Voice Enablement • Support Teams collaboration workloads, governance, and Teams Phone (calling plans, direct routing, operator connect)Microsoft 365 Platform Advisory • Advise on OneDrive, Exchange Online, Viva, Power Platform integration • Focus on governance, security, adoption, and operational excellenceField Collaboration • Work closely with CSAMs, CSAs, and leadership to align solutions with customer goals and security requirementsWhat We’re Looking For• Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Server, SharePoint Online, and hybrid environments • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Teams Phone • Broad understanding of the Microsoft 365 productivity ecosystem • Experience delivering technical workshops, design sessions, and architecture reviews • Ability to support both legacy and cloud-first environments • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • English + Dutch required (French is a plus) • NATO Secret clearance or willingness to applyIf you’re excited about helping organizations transform their digital workplace and want to work in a role with both technical depth and strategic impact, we’d love to hear from you.
