We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for our Counrty Club Clubhouse. We pride ourselves on providing our members and guests with an exceptional, premier community experience. From championship amenities to unforgettable social events, hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking a passionate, high-energy Clubhouse Restaurant Manager to lead our food and beverage team. What You’ll Do Lead the Floor: Oversee daily shift execution, greet members by name, and ensure service runs smoothly and efficiently. Build a Top-Tier Team: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and inspire a dedicated front-of-house hospitality staff. Manage the Business: Control labor costs, monitor inventory, optimize menus, and manage the food and beverage budget. Execute Events: Collaborate with our Culinary and Events teams to host tournaments, private parties, and member socials. Maintain Standards: Enforce strict health, safety, sanitation, and liquor licensing regulations. What We’re Looking For Experience: 3+ years of restaurant, hospitality, or country club management experience. Skills: Strong financial acumen, sharp problem-solving abilities, a Certifications: Valid ServSafe Manager and state-required alcohol service certifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
