Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

Position Overview:
We're seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to join our quality team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PC-DMIS and either a Romer or Faro Arm, along with a strong background in aerospace manufacturing and AS9100 quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program, set up, and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) using PC-DMIS software

  • Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections to ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance with customer and AS9100 requirements

  • Utilize portable measurement systems (Romer or Faro Arm) for on-machine or large-part inspection

  • Analyze blueprints, GD&T, and technical specifications to develop accurate inspection plans

  • Identify, document, and communicate nonconformances to production and engineering teams

  • Maintain inspection records and ensure traceability in accordance with AS9100 standards

  • Collaborate with quality and manufacturing teams to continuously improve inspection processes

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a CMM Programmer in an aerospace or precision manufacturing environment

  • Proficiency with PC-DMIS software (required)

  • Experience with Romer or Faro Arm (preferred)

  • Strong understanding of GD&T, AS9100, and aerospace documentation practices

  • Ability to interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
