CMM Programmer Apply
Overview We\'re hiring an experienced CMM Programmer to support our clients high-volume precision manufacturing environment. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and focused on advanced inspection, GD&T interpretation, and CMM programming with minimal downtime. Schedule & Location 1st shift: 6:00am or 7:00am start 45 hours/week (mandatory) Monday-Friday Initial training in Newburyport, MA, then transition to Ipswich, MA What You\'ll Do Perform First Article, in-process, and final inspections Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T Program and operate CMMs and Faro Arm (manual and CAD-based) Inspect machined parts using CMMs and precision hand tools Document inspection results and support quality investigations Identify defects and assist with corrective actions Support manufacturing and quality objectives Equipment & Software CMMs: Hexagon, Mazak Software: PC-DMIS Tools: Faro Arm, micrometers, calipers, height gages, comparators What We're Looking For 5+ years inspection and CMM programming experience Strong GD&T knowledge Hands-on experience with CMMs and Faro Arm Able to work independently in a busy environment Team-oriented and flexible U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder required $125,000 - $150,000 salary (DOE) 401(k) with 3% match 2 weeks\' vacation 40 hours paid sick time Compensation & Benefits $125,000 - $150,000 salary (DOE) Benefits start after 30 days 401(k) with 3% match 2 weeks\' vacation 40 hours paid sick time Medical, dental, vision, life insurance Equal Opportunity All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
