Position: Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA)
Location: Forks, WA 98331
Pay scale: $37-$38/hr
Shift: Days:--2 12 Hours Shifts on Saturday and Sunday 0600-1900 and 2 8 hour shifts per week on Monday and Tuesday 0600-1430. Days off Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Evening Shift: 5 8 hour shifts, Thursday-Monday 1430-2300. Days off - Wednesday and Thursday

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent patient care, including assistance with daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Respond to patient calls, assess needs, and provide appropriate assistance.
• Monitor and record vital signs, food intake, and urinary/fecal output.
• Gather information from medical professionals about patient conditions and treatment plans.
• Remind patients to take medications and supplements. Stay updated on CNA training and adhere to facility policies and procedures.

Requitements:

• State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Current CPR (American Heart Association).
• CNA License
• COVID Vaccination/ Valid CPR/ Health Documents/ License/ Physical
• BLS
