Job Description:

• Position: CNA LTC/SNF
• Location: Garrison, ND, 58540
• Pay scale: $27-$28/hour
• Weekly Gross: $1,026.00/week (No Stipend as this is Local Position)
• Shift: Days - 6a-6p, EOW
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Cancellation Policy: 3 shifts per 13-week contract
• Start: 4^th Nov 2024

• Holiday Requirements: Every other
• How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation: 2-3 shifts
• Scrub Color: Any
• Additional Notes: LTC that is part of a Critical Access Hospital Radius
• Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
• RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13-week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
• Trauma Level: CAH

Requirements:

Must have: Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• AHA BLS required.
• 2 years' experience in a hospital or long-term care facility preferred
• SSN, DL & Covid Card
