Job Summary
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will work closely with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers to deliver high-quality care to patients. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, taking vital signs, and supporting patient comfort and safety. This role requires a compassionate and dedicated individual who enjoys working with patients and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Duties

• Provide basic patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, and grooming.
• Measure and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rate.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning of patients.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families, fostering a compassionate environment.
• Communicate patient needs and changes in condition to the nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
• Ensure patient safety by following established protocols and infection control standards.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of patient rooms, ensuring a clean and safe environment.

Experience

• Previous CNA experience preferred, but not required. We are happy to consider recent graduates.
• Experience in long-term care, hospital, or assisted living settings a plus.

Requirements

• Active CNA certification in the state of Minnesota.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Compassionate, patient-centered attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and patient care.

Travel Housing Rate
For travel CNAs, housing costs in Breckenridge, MN typically range from $1,200 to $1,500 per month for shared apartments or houses, with affordable options available.
