Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNA to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, resident-centered care, assisting with daily activities and promoting a safe and comfortable environment. This role requires strong caregiving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to resident well-being.

Duties

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Support resident comfort, emotional needs, and overall quality of life.
• Document all care procedures accurately in electronic health record systems.
• Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive resident care.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain resident safety standards.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNA in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
• Experience in high-volume or resident-centered care settings is preferred.

Requirements

• Active Minnesota CNA license.
• Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) is required.
