• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs - 40 hrs per week
• Shift: Day/Night Rotate-EOW, 6p-6a or 2p-1030p
• Charting System: Point Click Care
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirements: Every other holiday
• RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.

• Unit Type: LTC/SNF
• # of Beds/Residents: 40
• Ratios: 1:10
• Common diagnosis / Types of patients: CHF, COPD, Alzheimers, Parkinsons, Diabetes
• Are there IVs or titratable drips?: Minimal IV meds
