Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Day & Night Shifts | Guaranteed 36 Hours | Quick Start Alabama

Location: Multiple Genesis-affiliated facilities across Alabama (including Cottage of the Shoals Tuscumbia, AL)
Employer: Genesis Mid-America & SE Region

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM | $18/hr base pay | Up to $27/hr with overtime (time and a half)

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM 6:30 AM | $20/hr base pay | Up to $30/hr with overtime (time and a half)

• Schedule: 3 shifts per week (36 hours guaranteed)

• Every other weekend required

• Contract Duration: 6 13 weeks with strong potential for extension

• Employment Type: Contract / PRN

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at multiple Genesis-affiliated long-term care and rehabilitation facilities across Alabama.

• Provide daily personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding

• Assist residents with mobility, positioning, and transferring safely using appropriate equipment

• Observe and report any changes in resident condition or behavior to the licensed nurse

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies

• Support the nursing team in ensuring a clean, safe, and positive environment for residents

• Respond promptly to resident needs and maintain professional, compassionate communication

• Adhere to infection control procedures and facility safety protocols

• Active CNA certification (State of Alabama) new graduates welcome

• Must have current photo ID and be eligible to work in the U.S.

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend
