Requirements

• Valid unencumbered CNA certification
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and techniques
• Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
• Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility is preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical stamina to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
