Certified Nurse Assistant- (LTC)

Job Summary:

The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) will provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents in a long-term care facility. The CNA will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents health, and support the nursing team to ensure the safety and comfort of all residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in residents health conditions to nursing staff.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Support other staff members as needed to provide efficient and compassionate care.

Required Requirements:

• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) license in New York State.
• 1+ years experience.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Ability to work evening shifts and every other weekend.
