Aerospace Machine Shop in Chandler has an immediate opening for a 5-axis CNC Mill Set Up Machinist who would be responsible for producing machined parts by setting up, and operating 5-axis CNC milling equipment.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience setting up and operating 5-axis CNC Mill machines
• Experience in machining various materials including aluminum, plastics, steel and stainless steel
• Reads and understands blueprints, job routings, tooling instructions, and standard charts for such specifications as dimensions, tolerances, and tooling instructions such as type of holding fixtures, cutting speeds, feed rates, and cutting tools to be used
• May operate more than one machine simultaneously
• In process inspection
• Be accountable and responsible for product and associated documents
• Ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions
• Maintains a satisfactory attendance and punctuality record
• Experience with DMG Mori DMU 50 and Haas a plus
