Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Engineer to support manufacturing operations, process development, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves CNC programming, equipment setup, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and high-quality production.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Program and operate CNC machines (Haas, Mazak, DMG) using G-Code/NC Code
  • Develop and optimize CNC programs using ESPRIT CAM/Mastercam
  • Set up, prove out, and troubleshoot CNC processes and production equipment
  • Interpret mechanical drawings and design fixtures
  • Support process validation, automation qualification, and change management
  • Train operators and technicians on CNC processes and equipment
  • Perform inspections using precision measuring tools
  • Contribute to lean and continuous improvement initiatives


Required Qualifications:

  • CNC Machinist certification or Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/Technical field)
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/production (automotive or related industry)
  • Strong experience with CNC programming, G-Code, NC Code, and CAM software
  • Hands-on experience with CNC machines (Haas, Mazak preferred)


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with 5/6-axis machining
  • CAD/SolidWorks proficiency
  • Six Sigma Green Belt
