Your mission is to deliver reliable, high-quality lathe programs that keep production predictable, safe, and efficient—while mentoring others to do the same.

• Build and optimize Mastercam CNC turning programs for production-scale work.
• Own machine setup and calibration to enable stable, repeatable cutting conditions.
• Diagnose and resolve CNC issues; perform routine maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Partner with engineering and production to streamline processes and boost quality.
• Enforce safety best practices and strict quality standards throughout each run.
• Coach junior programmers and operators to strengthen shop-wide capability.

• Solid track record programming CNC lathes/turning centers.
• Deep familiarity with Mastercam for turning.
• Hands-on experience with production setups.
• Strong print-reading skills with GD&T comprehension.
• Resourceful troubleshooter with high attention to detail.
• Clear, team-oriented communicator.
