CNC Lathe Machinist – Fanuc Controls (North Conroe, TX)
Pay: $20–$27/hr (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Mon-Fri and possible Saturdays 6am- 6pm| Full-time | Immediate Opening

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join a reputable manufacturing facility in North Conroe, TX. This is a great opportunity for skilled machinists who are confident in their ability to set up and operate CNC lathe machines, particularly those with Fanuc control experience and API or straight threading knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes (Puma 300 and Puma 400 with Fanuc controls)

• Run two machines independently during shift

• Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and technical drawings

• Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, comparators) to ensure quality and accuracy

• Perform machine offsets, monitor tool wear, and make necessary adjustments

• Conduct daily maintenance and safety checks

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of CNC Lathe Machining experience

• Experience with Fanuc controls and Puma machines strongly preferred

• Knowledge of API and straight threading

• Strong understanding of blueprint reading and setup procedures

• Must be able to work independently and maintain production standards

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training is a plus

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
