Pay: $20–$30/hr (based on experience) + 90-Day Review
Schedule: Full-Time | Mon–Fri | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM | Optional Overtime

About the Role
Join a growing CNC machine shop expanding into a new facility with modern Haas equipment (SL-20, TL-2, ST-20).
We’re hiring a skilled CNC Lathe Setup/Operator who takes pride in precision and wants a long-term, stable role.
This is a direct-hire position — not temp or contract.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate Haas CNC lathes
- Perform offsets, tool changes, and inspections
- Read blueprints and use precision tools
- Hold tight tolerances and troubleshoot minor issues
- Work with a clean, well-run, team-focused shop
What You Bring
- 2+ years of CNC lathe setup/operation (Haas preferred)
- Solid blueprint reading and inspection skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-first mindset
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
