Dynamicpersonnel is currently looking for a dedicated CNC Lathe Operator . In this critical role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathe machines to produce precision components that meet stringent specifications. Your expertise in machining processes will be vital in ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency throughout our production operations. You will work closely with engineers to interpret blueprints and work instructions, selecting appropriate tools and materials for the job. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses a strong technical background, and has a passion for precision manufacturing. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines based on work orders.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements.
• Select and install the necessary tooling and fixtures.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform quality inspections of finished products using appropriate measuring tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a CNC Lathe Operator or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of CNC lathe operations and programming.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, gauges, etc.).
• Understanding of machining best practices and quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
