About the Job Eye Designs Group, a premier interior design and manufacturing company, is looking for a dependable, hard‑working CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Collegeville, PA. This on‑site position works first shift: Monday—Thursday 7 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Friday 6 a.m.–2:30 p.m. The starting hourly rate is $22.00, based on experience. We pride ourselves on superior customer service and seek candidates eager to please customers and thrive in a professional, successful organization. Responsibilities Process various materials such as wood, laminate, and cabinet parts of different sizes through a CNC machine in preparation for assembly. Move material using carts and rolling tables from machines to other areas of the manufacturing floor. Maintain machinery by periodically cleaning it with water and/or solvent. Operate other machines as required. Assist with daily shop cleanup at shift end, including sweeping floors, dust‑cleaning shelves or workstations, and organizing materials or supplies. Qualifications At least one year of experience operating a CNC, panel saw, or band saw, or a recent graduate from a trade school focused on machining, woodwork, or carpentry. Prior experience in millwork, kitchen/bath, or furniture industry highly preferred. Ability to work with various materials (wood, plastic, veneer) and complete projects accurately and timely. Availability to work 9‑hour shifts and Saturdays as needed. Strong teamwork and individual contributor skills. Good work ethic, reliability, and flexibility to “pitch‑in” where needed. Familiarity with computer‑operated machines.
