Machine Operator - Full Time Collegeville, PA, USA - Full-Time First shift, Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.; Friday 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Starting hourly rate is $22.00 per hour based upon experience. Eye Designs Group, a premier Interior Design, and Manufacturer have a great opportunity for a dependable, hard‑working individual to join our team as a CNC Machine Operator at our facility in Collegeville, PA. As a company that prides itself on superior customer service, we seek candidates who share a desire to please customers and want to be part of a professional and successful organization. Responsibilities Processing various materials such as wood, laminate, cabinet parts, etc. of various sizes, through a machine in preparation for assembly. Using carts and rolling tables to move material from machines to other areas of the manufacturing floor. Maintaining machinery by using water and/or solvent to periodically clean the machine. Operating other machines as required. Assisting with daily cleanup of the shop area at the end of shift, including sweeping floors, dusting/cleaning shelves or work stations, organizing materials/supplies, or other general duties. Qualifications To be considered for this position, you must have at least one year of experience operating a CNC, Panel Saw, or Bander, or have recently graduated from a trade school in which your primary focus was machining, woodwork, or carpentry. Prior experience working in millwork, kitchen/bath, or furniture industry, is strongly preferred. Capable of working with various materials (woodwork, plastic, veneer) with the ability to complete projects in a timely manner while maintaining precision, accuracy, and attention to detail. Availability to work 9‑hour shifts and Saturdays as needed. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and as an individual contributor. Strong work ethic. Familiarity with computer‑operated machines. Reliable. Flexibility to “pitch‑in” where needed.
