The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of CNC equipment to produce high-quality, precision components that meet exact specifications. Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes, CNC Swiss lathes, and CNC multi-axis lathes to machine parts to specifications.

• Monitor machine performance and make minor offsets or adjustments to maintain part quality.
\n
• Load and unload parts, tools, and materials per job order requirements.
\n
• Utilize power and hand tools to perform finishing processes.
\n
• Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to verify tolerances and part dimensions.
\n
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions to determine machining operations and specifications.
\n
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
\n
• Accurately record production data, measurements, and part counts.
\n
• Collaborate with senior machinists, engineers, and supervisors to troubleshoot issues and improve machining processes.
\n
• Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
\n
• Complete job-related training as directed by management.
\n

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining\n preferred.
\n
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment.
\n
• Basic understanding of G-code, tooling, and machining principles.\n
\n
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings.\n
\n
• Skilled in using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
\n
• Strong problem-acknowledgement ability, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to producing quality work.
\n
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements
