Machine Operator – Day Shift in Guilderland Center, NY
Our client is seeking a CNC operator to join their team! This full-time, day shift role offers competitive pay, great benefits, and the chance to grow with a team that values quality and innovation.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and program HOMAG saws, edge banders, and WEEKE CNC machines.
- Perform daily maintenance and ensure accurate, high-quality production.
- Inspect materials, prepare cut lists, and safely handle equipment.
- Keep work areas clean and report equipment issues promptly.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive, learning mindset.
- Manufacturing experience a plus, but training provided.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
Schedule & Pay:
- $18–$20/hr based on experience
- Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM (10-hour shifts), with possible overtime
