Our work environment includes: Casual work attire Relaxed atmosphere Safe work environment 9/80 Work Schedule with every other Friday off Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Santee, CA. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery to produce high‑quality precision components. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting technical drawings, programming CNC machines, performing routine equipment maintenance, and adhering to safety and quality standards. The operator will also be involved in troubleshooting and ensuring efficient machine operations. Duties/Responsibilities Operates vertical and horizontal milling machine centers, related tools, and equipment Produces the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances Performs in‑process inspections Cleans and inspects equipment prior to use; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance and effectively communicates machine malfunctions Maintains logs and records of units produced including a record of errors Carries out other duties as assigned or required Qualifications At least 1 year of related experience in machining and milling operation and processes Proficiency in machine operation and machinery handling Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints or engineering drawings, read instruments, identify tooling and hardware, and follow verbal as well as written instructions Strong knowledge and application of quality control standards Attention to detail and precision in work, self‑motivated, able to work independently, multi‑task, and possess excellent time management skills needed to keep production on‑schedule to meet customer delivery dates Strong understanding of workplace safety protocols, ability toadhere to Company Safety and Quality Management System policies Capability to read, write, and speak English High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is preferred Must be a citizen of the USA or a legal resident alien Experience with CNC programming and troubleshooting is a plus Physical Requirements Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced #J-18808-Ljbffr
