Position Summary We are seeking an Entry Level CNC Machine Operator. This is a great opportunity for a candidate seeking a start with a well‑known and established manufacturing company. The company offers a progression program designed to allow those willing to learn the ins and outs of the manufacturing process and grow within the company. We are looking for a minimum 1 year of direct CNC operator experience. Please apply and provide a resume if interested; these positions are immediate hire. Pay is $19–$21.50 per hour based on experience with the potential to make much more. Advanced training will be provided. Shift & Compensation Details Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift available Pay: $19-$20 base rate, plus $1.50 shift differential Health insurance, vision, and dental available after 90 days of employment PTO available after 90 days Eligible for quarterly bonuses after probationary period 401k plan with up to 6% company match Schedule: Monday – Thursday, working 10 hours per day and some overtime. 3rd shift is weekend shift.
