• High school diploma or equivalent; further technical education or certifications are a plus.
• Proven success leading teams in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Confident people leadership, with the ability to motivate and develop talent.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Calm, decisive problem-solving under time pressure.
• Working knowledge of workplace safety standards and best practices.
• Comfort with basic computer tools and production software.
• Flexibility to work variable hours and overtime when required.
