Accent Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Machinist to join a team focused on precision, performance, and custom part fabrication. In this role, you'll perform 3–4 setups per shift, operating CNC, conventional, and NC machines to produce low-volume, high-accuracy parts from metallic and non-metallic materials. Alongside editing CNC programs and verifying dimensions using precision instruments, you’ll also navigate basic computer systems and troubleshoot mechanical issues—delivering quality under pressure.

Requirements:

• Employment History: ▪ 2+ years at the same company (within last 3 years) ▪ At least one 5-year job tenure in career

• Technical Skills: ▪ CNC milling experience (required); lathe is a plus ▪ CNC program editing and precision part fabrication ▪ Strong blueprint reading and visualization skills ▪ Skilled with micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools

• Additional Competencies: ▪ Basic computer literacy for business systems ▪ Solid math and problem-solving abilities ▪ Calm under pressure; quality-focused in fast-paced environments
