Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our team in a long-term role with strong potential for growth. This position involves creating CNC programs and detailed part drawings for a variety of machine parts and tools, supporting multiple machine types including CNC lathes and Haas machining centers. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for testing and troubleshooting programs to ensure optimal performance and accuracy. 1st Shift CNC Programmer Time: 6am - 4:30pm (The team is flexible on the start time and end time as long as the individual works 8 consecutive hours within that timeframe) Overtime: Will vary depending on production and manufacturing schedule Pay: $30 - $40/hr. Responsibilities: - Candidate will be expected to program machine parts to specification for Haas machining centers upon hiring, including 3-axis and 4-axis machining, and lathe centers. - Select proper machining toolpaths and tooling to manufacture machine parts in the most efficient manner possible. - Learn and apply existing machining strategies for new, unique parts - Create part drawings for various machine parts/tools, including both modifying Customer-supplied part drawings and creating part drawings from scratch. - Modeling of machine parts in CAD software. - Be able to read and understand dimensions, blueprints, and work instructions.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
