We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating, programming, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality components that meet strict aerospace industry standards.

• Machine Operation: Operate CNC lathes, mills, and grinders to manufacture precision aerospace fasteners.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM) to ensure adherence to tolerances and specifications.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and correct machining errors to maintain product integrity and efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production, machine settings, and inspection results.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical certification or associate degree in machining or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist, preferably in an aerospace or precision manufacturing environment.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Familiarity with multi-axis CNC machines is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in a manufacturing environment.
