Pay: $22–$32 per hour (DOE)
Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

Notice: If you do not have 3 years experience you will not be considered for this position

  • Not a button‑pushing job. If you can set up, program, and prove out parts on real iron—and you like variety—you’ll like it here.

Story (clarity first)

  • Problem: You’re tired of repetitive production and limited machines.
  • Plan: Join a true job shop with world‑class CNC capability, run diverse work, and sharpen your craft.
  • Success: Ship precision parts, reduce setup times, and own your programs on well‑maintained mills and lathes.

Role Snapshot

  • Set up, operate, and program CNC vertical mills and/or CNC lathes for diverse, high‑precision work.
  • Read drawings, select tooling/fixtures, set work/geometry/tool offsets, and run first‑article to print.
  • Create/edit G‑code; optimize feeds/speeds; reduce cycle time while maintaining tolerance.
  • Collaborate with inspection on in‑process checks; document revisions; maintain machine health.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across setups, workholding, and programming standards.

Must‑Have Qualifications

  • 3–10+ years in CNC machining with proven setups and on‑machine programming/editing.
  • Strong print reading, GD&T basics, probing/in‑process inspection, and safe workholding.
  • Comfortable moving from small precision parts to medium work (per machine envelopes below).
  • Ownership mindset: first‑article quality, zero crashes, and disciplined documentation.

Nice‑to‑Haves

  • Prior experience on any CTD mills/lathes listed below.
  • Multi‑part fixture strategies, twin‑pallet workflow (where applicable), and cycle‑time reduction wins.
