Cnc Machinist Mill Or Lathe Setup Apply
Pay: $22–$32 per hour (DOE)
Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

Role Snapshot
- Set up, operate, and program CNC vertical mills and/or CNC lathes for diverse, high‑precision work.
- Read drawings, select tooling/fixtures, set work/geometry/tool offsets, and run first‑article to print.
- Create/edit G‑code; optimize feeds/speeds; reduce cycle time while maintaining tolerance.
- Collaborate with inspection on in‑process checks; document revisions; maintain machine health.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across setups, workholding, and programming standards.
Must‑Have Qualifications
- 3–10+ years in CNC machining with proven setups and on‑machine programming/editing.
- Strong print reading, GD&T basics, probing/in‑process inspection, and safe workholding.
- Comfortable moving from small precision parts to medium work (per machine envelopes below).
- Ownership mindset: first‑article quality, zero crashes, and disciplined documentation.
Nice‑to‑Haves
- Prior experience on any CTD mills/lathes listed below.
- Multi‑part fixture strategies, twin‑pallet workflow (where applicable), and cycle‑time reduction wins.
