Job Description

We are seeking a CNC Machinist to join our team.
Your schedule will be Monday-Friday 5 8-hour days with overtime on a business need basis.
What You Will Do
Set up, operate CNC machines to specific productions steps or processes, such as producing machined parts.
Check SPC charts for frequency of checks, gauging and measurements.
Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process charts and other control procedures.
You will interpret blueprints, work orders, engineering plans, specifications, reference planes, designs sketches and geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T) for operation, material, and dimensional requirements.
Completes highly complex tasks in creative and effective ways.
You will consistently work on a variety of highly complex tasks requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve highly complex problems.
You will make recommendations for new procedures.
You will take measurements of material and selects appropriate machines for the process.
You will conduct inspections of work produced.
You will keep records and maintains quality/safety standards.
Perform other duties as required
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
