Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Responsibilities 5+ years of hands-on experience in precision machining, including CNC programming, setup, and operation. CNC machine programming proficiency using the most current versions of the following: Master Cam, Solid Works, 5-axis experience is required. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a production and/or R & D environment. Ability to analyze and interpret numerical and graphical data. Prior experience or ability to acquire knowledge of general composites fabrication technology and manufacturing processes. Basic understanding and adaptability to learn manufacturing principles. Proactive mindset to undertaking continuous improvement initiatives. Possess the necessary integrity to maintain customer and project information confidentiality. Experience with customer project liaison is desirable. Ability to troubleshoot fabrication challenges independently and suggest creative, efficient solutions. Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience in precision machining, including CNC programming, setup, and operation.
