Randstad Staffing is HIRING NOW for a Direct Hire CNC Mill Machinist in Chippewa Falls, WI.

Shift: 2nd

Schedule: Monday to Thursday

Hours: 4:30pm to 3:00am

Pay: $25-$28/hr + 10% shift differential

Responsibilities:

• Operate and setup CNC Milling Centers. Haas machines to produce components, monitoring machining processes, and making real-time adjustments as needed for optimal performance
• Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to verify part dimensions and quality
• Make necessary tool changes, offsets, and program adjustments based on production requirements and engineering specifications
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and tool changes. Identify and report any machine malfunctions or maintenance needs
• Troubleshoot machine issues and quality problems, implementing corrective actions as required to maintain production flow and quality standards
• Follow strict safety protocols, ensuring the safety of yourself and your colleagues. Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Accurately document production records, including part counts, machine logs, and quality control data

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ of CNC Mill machining experience operating and setting up 3-4 axis Haas machines.
• Produce a high-quality product according to required specifications on a consistent basis
• Produce the required quantity of product according to required output specifications
• Understand the machine operation process and the movement of completed components
• Use computers as required
• Use measuring tools as required
• Read and understand Blueprints
• Complete necessary paperwork accurately and timely
