What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC OD/ID grinding machines
• Load and modify G-code programs as needed
• Install and align tooling, fixtures, and workpieces
• Perform precision inspections to ensure parts meet exact specifications
• Troubleshoot issues and adjust machines for optimal performance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience with G-code, CNC setup, and part inspection
• Prior OD/ID grinding experience is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of machining operations
• Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn
• Dependable, punctual, detail-driven, and organized
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools
