Posted Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 4:00 AM Milacron is looking for a CNC Operator to join our team in Mount Orab, Ohio! 2nd (3pm-11pm) or 3rd shift (11pm-7am) available, with training completed on 1st shift (7am-3pm). Work You'll Do: Set up and operate the grinding machine according to specifications of the project. Read and interpret blueprints or design schematics to understand the project requirements. Select and install the appropriate tools and equipment needed for the grinding process. Adjust machine settings to control speed, material feed, and path of the cut. Monitoring the machine while it's running to ensure its functioning properly and to prevent errors or malfunctions. Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Perform routine maintenance on the machine to ensure its longevity and safety. Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the grinding process. Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
