CNC Operator & Assembler Manufacturing CNC Machinist II Manufacturing/Mold Shop/CNC/Turning/G-Code Location: Norcross, GA Pay: $55,000 $65,000 + 6% bonus + overtime potential Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM 4:30 PM with an hour lunch break Our client is a well-established, global manufacturing company specializing in high-precision mold production. Known for their commitment to quality, lean methodology, and a collaborative shop environment, they have built a reputation for excellence in their industry and continue to grow through internal development and operational innovation. They are looking for you an experienced CNC Machinist ready to take ownership of your machine, set up your own parts, and contribute to a high-performing mold shop team. This is a direct hire opportunity with a stable, growing organization that invests in its people for the long haul. What You Get to Do: Operate multi-axis CNC machines with a focus on turning Set up jobs and parts independently Perform tool and part swaps as needed Read and interpret blueprints Conduct quality control checks throughout production Apply basic G-code knowledge in day-to-day operations Cross-train in assembly during slower production periods What You Need to Succeed: 3-6 years of CNC machinist experience Turning experience is a must Ability to read blueprints and perform QC Basic G-code knowledge Experience with aluminum and steel Ability to set up your own parts independently What's in It for You: Competitive base salary of $55,000-$65,000 plus a 6% bonus Overtime available seasonally Fall and Winter can bring full weekend OT for those who want it Work with a tenured, skilled team in a stable shop environment Direct hire from day one no temp-to-hire waiting period Minor schedule flexibility available Be part of a company that promotes from within and values longevity
