CNC Operator & Assembler Manufacturing CNC Machinist II Manufacturing/Mold Shop/CNC/Turning/G-Code Location: Norcross, GA Pay: $55,000 $65,000 + 6% bonus + overtime potential Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM 4:30 PM with an hour lunch break Our client is a well-established, global manufacturing company specializing in high-precision mold production. They are looking for you an experienced CNC Machinist ready to take ownership of your machine, set up your own parts, and contribute to a high-performing mold shop team. What You Get to Do: Operate multi-axis CNC machines with a focus on turning Set up jobs and parts independently Perform tool and part swaps as needed Read and interpret blueprints Conduct quality control checks throughout production Apply basic G-code knowledge in day-to-day operations Cross-train in assembly during slower production periods What You Need to Succeed: 3-6 years of CNC machinist experience Turning experience is a must Ability to read blueprints and perform QC Basic G-code knowledge Experience with aluminum and steel Ability to set up your own parts independently What's in It for You: Competitive base salary of $55,000-$65,000 plus a 6% bonus Overtime available seasonally Fall and Winter can bring full weekend OT for those who want it Work with a tenured, skilled team in a stable shop environment Direct hire from day one no temp-to-hire waiting period Minor schedule flexibility available Be part of a company that promotes from within and values longevity
